Great fast food from the far east
It works for both western and eastern tastes. So, within three years, the groundbreaking model had expanded into a take-away version in the Arndale’s overhead food court… and, again, into the ‘high street’ with an innovative new Chinese version of the Great British pasty bar.
Independently owned by restaurateur Wing Shing Chu it’s a ‘street food’ companion to his stylish, acclaimed, fine-dining and award-winning Wing’s in the city centre’s Lincoln Square.
But Dai Pai Dong takes this version onto the street – with a pioneering fusion of oriental skills for discerning city centre visitors, office workers and shoppers who are looking for something different.
Whether that’s a new food choice or a wine and beer selection that stretches from the UK to the cold Tsingtao beer or warm sake of the far east.
That is Dai Pai Dong … and this is a different world.
